We had several known and unknown areas that BGBS supported us on covering areas of Sales performance, Operations excellence and Site 1 infrastructure changes. With the largest project being a fully supported implementation of a new site for business growth, with challenging timelines and a custom implementation to boot.
Throughout the change journey, Trevor brought Logistics and Project competency of the highest level, which supported the senior operations team to understand how they could improve on already great standards and also deliver a project in challenging timelines.
